What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is time set aside to intentionally grow one's relationship with God through the help of the Holy Spirit and a Spiritual Director.

Spiritual Direction is the contemplative practice of listening, watching, waiting for and responding to God. It is God who is the true director. Spiritual Direction is a three way relationship. 

As a Spiritual Director, my goal is to assist you to direct your attention to the work and call of the Holy Spirit in your life. This three-way conversation happens in one-on-one sessions where I will listen to your story, ask questions, and lead you in appropriate spiritual practices where we will listen to the Holy Spirit and discover what this means for your life.
